Livingstons in the Southern US

I have a document, originally scanned, of a Request for Provision from the US Government by the children of John and Rachel (Freeman) Livingston of Blount County, Alabama. Both of you may have already run across this document in your research. Also, it may have no bearing on your discourse concerning William, yet I offer it anyway. I downloaded the scans and spent a bit of time trying to decipher the handwritten depositions. It is rather long and I won't post it here but you can email me at 'dlivingston at mac dot com' and I will happily send you my transcriptions and/or the Request scans as well. The reason I think you may find it interesting is this: The request, Dec. 11, 1850,
