I looked up Kate McArthur (as well as MacArthur) and came up with these two listings: 02897 B 01/01/1759 LIVINGSTON DUNCAN M LIVINGSTON MALCOM MCARTHUR KATE FR11 Lismore Appin and Duror /ARGYLL Scotland 525/ 0010 0008 Scotlands People OPR Births 03465 B 14/10/1769 LIVINGSTON MALCOM M LIVINGSTON MALCOLM MCARTHUR KATHARINE FR33 Lismore Appin and Duror /ARGYLL Scotland 525/ 0010 0037 Scotlands People OPR Births I did not find a marriage in the database just the birth of Duncan in 1759 and then "Malcom" born to Malcolm in 1769. I searched by Kate (Catherine, Katherine) McArthur (MacArthur) and the only two are the above. I did broaden the search to just any Malcolm Livingston as the father in that time and came up with these other two: 02922 B 22/07/1759 LIVINGSTON ----- U LIVINGSTON MALCOLM Lismore Appin and Duror /ARGYLL Scotland 525/ 0010 0012 Scotlands People OPR Births 02946 B 16/03/1760 LIVINGSTON KATE F LIVINGSTON MALCOLM Lismore Appin and Duror /ARGYLL Scotland 525/ 0010 0015 Scotlands People OPR Births The ----- means they could not see the name, most likely in the 1759 but perhaps that is when Duncan was really born? also a Kate being born to Malcolm but no mothers name could be another relative. Funny thing and possibly you already had this a Malcom Livingston had a daughter named Katherine about 20 years after Katherine and Malcolm had Malcom. 04692 B 29/04/1789 LIVINGSTON KATHARINE F LIVINGSTON MALCOM WALKER ANN FR32 Kilmore and Kilbride /ARGYLL Scotland 523/ 0010 0021 Scotlands People OPR Births Just trying to throw out as much information as we currently have. Thank you David...I did have those two births, Duncan in 1759 and Malcom in 1769.
