Ok I did manage to find a bit of info in terms of how a DNA project participant was related to Anson County Livngstons.
There was a John Livingston of Anson County who had son named Charles Edward Livingston. That is who apparently the DNA Project participant was descended from I noticed. That makes sense as did recall from some info had saw years ago that we had someone of Anson County Livingston descent tested in the DNA project.
