The 1911 Scottish census is expected to be released after
the GRO staff have dealt with the collection & processing of the 2011
census on 27/28 March 2011.
This extract from section 6.21 of Chapter 6 "Confidentiality, privacy
and computer security" for the 2011 census confirms the pre January
2012 release :
"The Registrar General will release in Spring 2011 the personal
information from the 1911 Census."
