This is a List of the landholdings in Argyle Scotland in 1751 which post-dates Culloden and the "Clearances and confiscations" which occurred as a consequence of this event.
The values expressed are in English pounds and as an example of present day values the holding of Dugald Stewart listed at 128.pounds is 36,278.00 pounds in " today's money ". Also bear in mind that this is "Valued Rental" rather than Capital Value !
