Dear Niall,
To help you out, I'd like to suggest you get some help with moderating and running the forum. I hereby volunteer. That way, moderators should be able to move posts around if they're in the wrong places, delete inappropriate messages, steer people in the right direction, close discussions that have gotten too heated, etc.
I think when we have a chance (post-Gathering) it might be nice to form such a squad!
