Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs

Incidentally, Grant, in the ANZ forum, mentioned the Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs. I note that after visiting their website, they list no (that I can find) Clan McLea/Livingstone, nor the Chief thereof, etc. http://www.clanchiefs.org/ Is the Chief a member of said body?

Dear Kyle, The Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs have a new website at http://www.clanchiefs.org/main.html. The Council is a non-statutory and self-regulating body.
