Re: My Livingston(e) Line
I made some for this site and got them to Kyle for distribution as I wasn't sure how to distribute. I can add the DNA project URL to them this week.

Hi Ginger,
I did another information update for Donald Livingston and ancestors on page six. Birth dates for a couple of brothers of Donald Livingston born in Ardchattan Parish that I just stumbled upon.
regards,
Donald

Re: My Livingston(e) Line
Hi Ginger,
Well I guess we will know which Livingstons are a close match to your Livingston family with any luck in a few weeks. Mine or should I say my Livingston cousins line most closely matches Livingstons that lived in the Morvern/Mull and other adjacent Islands it would seem. At least that what I think i am seeing so far in the results. Your family could be a close match with the other Ballachulish Livingston that has been tested, but I dont know that for certain.
regards,
Donald

Hi Ginger,
It will be interesting to see which group of Livingstons your family matches up with in the genealogical DNA sense of things.

Donald

Re: My Livingston(e) Line
I cannot begin (although I will try) to tell each of you how much I appreciate all the work you've done for my family. This year has been strange and crazy and what I did with the information that all of you blessed me with was put it together in a 60 page book including the lineage history, name history, clan site mission statement, info on the clan leadership, tartan, crest and all the notes from the forum on how we got to where we did on the lineage.
Since I seem to be working all through December and Christmas possibly in a foreign land, this was the only thing I could do while still at work as a present.
After the DNA testing and a trip to Scotland maybe next year I can do an appendix!
Thanks everyone and have a blessed Christmas.

Re: My Livingston(e) Line
You are very welcome, Ginger. I didn't do any of the heavy lifting though!
Thanks to all who helped Ginger out, and we hope to continue to see much more of you and learn more about your family in the New Year!
