I saw this site... http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/familyHistory/search.htm Noticed there are LOTS of Livingston/e/s and a few M/a/cLeas too! I'm sure everyone down that way is aware of it, but if I had any ANZ relatives, it would be a great boon to getting records, it seems! Kyle=

Hi Kyle Australian genealogists use this webpage a lot, but unfortunately you need to pay a fair bit to get transcriptions of the detailed information. I hope that they'll one day develop along the lines of Scotland's People. Another website which might be more relevant to your own interest is this one: http://www.records.nsw.gov.au/ You might be surprised that these are New South Wales archives and not Australian ones, but you must remember that what is now the state of New South Wales was the first colony in Australia. So for very early settlers as well as convicts the archives to deal with are the NSW ones. Best Regards Andrew
