Hi Kyle, To answer your question why not in Canada follow the previous messages. Apparently we are to be subordinate whether we like it or not. There is to be no flexibility but constitutions, by-laws rules and regulations and instead of compensation for our tenant holdings lost in the clearances from Parliament we can attend highland games and wear kilts. regards Donald
