There isnt a gaelic name for it that I know of. The english name of it is actually Bog star, but I didnt think we would want to call our newsletter "The Bog Star", though it does sound a bit like the name for a small town newspaper. The Parnassus came to mind because it a flower apparently associated with both St. Molaug and the Clan. But I also liked "THe Crozier" because of special significance the sacred staff of St Molaug has to Clan Maclea Livingstone. The Bachuil Bugle was just a tad bit silly.
